What is CONSECRATION? Numbers 6:7B; KJV. "Said because the consecration of his God is upon his head". CONSECRATION, is the highest order when God calls one out to be CONSECRATED. The person would carried a very heavy Anointing, Look at Samson Anointing and what he could do with it. 

Can it be hidden? Why would you want to hide it? What can you do with it? What comes with it?  CONSECRATION of a Nazarite office, one that is separated unto God, separated from the love of the world. The prophet Samuel was a Nazarite from birth his mother call on the Lord for a son so she could give him back to be used of God. None of Samuel words, fell to the ground. All his words came to pass. In Jeremiah Chapter 1:5; It speaks about the womb calling:  I sanctified thee and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Here we see one that is called also of God from his birth in the 13th chapter of Judges. When God has a plan for you, God's plans start at the womb.  God had a special kind of work or task for Samson a display of strength a kind of will power like no other calling ever with the backing of Gods Spirit backing him up. It took three thousand men of Israel to bind Samson when he was  dwelling on top of the rock at Etam. Many are crying when one thing comes against them hindering the work of God. Our bible tells us not to give place to the devil. So what am I saying? If you have a heavy anointing its is because God is going to use you in a special way.  

In the bible it said if you are a shame of Him he would be ashamed of you.

Your gift will make room for you and bring you before great men. So if you are living a clean and holy life your gift, calling, office, work will be seen by someone you can't stop it. Look at Jonah a runner in trouble with God. Don't curse your life, family, ministry or anything you have to do for the Lord. Stay consecrated for the master use. A bishop has the highest of consecrated of consecration if they are in one of the offices of Eph 4: Chapter as Apostle or Prophet's God is using these five for the perfecting of the church. So know your office and when to go or stay, Waite or just stand still and see what God is teaching you.
